A Tudor Fancy Op.50 - Piano Reduction
A Tudor Fancy Op.50 - Piano Reduction
A Tudor Fancy was written in 1971-2 and is based on tunes from the 'Fitzwilliam Virginal Book'. Its three movements evoke the essence of Renaissance music, but with a modern twist.
The piano reduction has been made with the interests of pianists in mind. A separate guitar part, edited by Antonio De Innocentis, is also included, along with a preface giving more history and detailing the editorial decisions.
