Within Easy Reach (Pieces for Small Hands)
Written in 1978 at the request of G. Ricordi & Co. (London) Ltd and subtitled '10 easy pieces for small hands on the guitar'. These pieces show the importance Duarte gave to early-years learning. The pieces are progressive in difficulty and have harmonic, melodic and rhythmic interest. The introductions to each piece are in English, Italian and German.
