Riverboat Suite

Written in 1983 at the request of the German guitarist/teacher, Dieter Kreidler, for his 'Kreidler Guitar Studio' series for Schott Music. The launch of the series was held on a riverboat on the Thames and Kreidler wanted something for three or four guitars, so Duarte wrote four movements using some German folk songs. The dedication reads, 'Der Jugend gewidmet'.
