Prelude in C

The score is dated September 1945 and the dedication is For my constant companion L.P.  This may be a 2nd wedding anniversary present. Duarte described the music as a Bach homage. The printed edition bears many changes to the original manuscript. The original version is in the process of being edited for publication.
