Badinerie

Written in 1964 and dedicated to Idalex (Ida Presti and Alexandre Lagoya), this is an arrangement of the third movement of the Concertante Quartet Op.22. It was to be the third movement of a prospective Suite française for the Presti/Lagoya Duo, but this was never completed. Carillon, the only other completed movement we now have, was assigned Op.33.
